Everything a busy owner doesn’t have time for

Local businesses know they should post regularly. Posting Hub makes it happen every month without the owner lifting a finger — unless they want to.

Posts written for each service

Each post is about one real service the business offers, in its own words and area — not generic filler.

On-brand images

The business’s own photos with a clear headline, sized correctly for every platform.

Every post links home

Posts point people to the matching page on the business’s website, so attention turns into calls.

Owner review, if wanted

Owners can see the month’s posts first, approve them or type the change they want.

Spread across the month

A few posts a month per business, scheduled evenly — never bulk posting or spam.

Found faster on Google

New posts are submitted for indexing, and owners are guided to link every profile from their Google Business Profile.

How it works

Set up takes a business owner about five minutes.

Connect

The owner opens a private link and presses Connect for each platform, logging in on that platform’s own site.

Plan

We choose the month’s topics from the business’s services and pick the page each post should link to.

Review

Owners who want to see posts first get a simple review page: approve, or type a change.

Publish

Posts go out on schedule from the business’s own accounts, and every link is submitted for indexing.

Owner approval

The owner always has the final say

Turn on monthly review for any business. They get one link with every planned post, approve them in a click or ask for a change, and nothing goes out until it’s cleared.

  • One review page per month — no logins or apps to install
  • Typed changes are applied before anything is published
  • Owners can disconnect any platform at any time

Security & privacy by design

  • Owners log in on each platform’s own site — we never see or store passwords
  • Account access is encrypted and used only to publish that business’s posts
  • We never read other people’s content, follow, like, comment or message
  • Owners can remove access in one click and ask us to delete their data

Your accounts stay yours

Posting Hub uses each platform’s official sign-in and publishing tools. Owners approve exactly what we can do, and can take it back whenever they like. Read our privacy policy or how to delete your data.

Questions

Who is Posting Hub for?

Local service businesses and the marketing agencies that look after them — anyone who wants consistent, useful posts on the platforms their customers use.

Do business owners have to give us their passwords?

No. Each platform is connected with its official sign-in. The owner logs in on that platform’s site and approves access; we never see the password.

How often do you post?

Usually a few posts a month per business, spread out evenly. We never post in bulk, and we never follow, like, comment or send messages.

Can an owner stop posting at any time?

Yes. They can disconnect any platform from its own settings, turn off a platform with us, or ask us to delete their data — see data deletion.
